Working in Scandinavia
The Scandinavian office covers the Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish markets. The following information will help guide you through the ins and outs of working with Forever Living in Scandinavia.

Working with Forever Living in Scandinavia
If you would like to work as an FBO in Scandinavia we recommend you read through this information carefully and refer to the Scandinavian version of the company policy, called AVR (Allmänna Villkor och Regler or General terms & conditions).
If you have any questions, please telephone or email the Scandinavian Support Office. General terms & conditions – read here
International Sponsoring
To work in Scandinavia you must be internationally sponsored to the region. Contact your local Forever office to do this. At the moment you can only order in one Scandinavian country per month. To make things easier, if you have customers in more than one Scandinavian country, you can register them as Preferred Customers. They can then place their own orders in their country with no monthly restriction, and you receive your bonus.
Sponsoring new FBOs
There is no minimum quantity for the first order, but we recommend it is at least 2 CC, since this means that your new team member automatically becomes Assistant Supervisor and can get the wholesale price on their following order. This is very common practice in Scandinavia. In addition to a discount, the person ordering will also receive a free literature pack if the first order is above 2 CC.
How to register a new FBO
1. Complete the application form with both the sponsor’s name and ID number including the information about the new FBO.
2. The sponsor (or the new FBO) is to email the application form to Forever Living Products Scandinavia Support office (scandinavia@foreverliving.se).
Placing an order
To place an order as an international FBO you fill in the order form and send it to Forever Living Products Scandinavia Support office (scandinavia@foreverliving.se).
NOTE: It must be the SAME person who receives confirmation and pays the order. Orders can be paid with VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. If it is the customer who pays the order the price will be with the FBO´s discount included.
What happens next
As soon as the first purchase is registered, the person ordering immediately becomes a Preferred Customer or FBO. If the Preferred Customer/FBO places a second order within two months of the first order, the shipping for the second order is free of charge (one time only).
Bonus payment card
Fill in your bank account number on the Bonus Payment Card and send it to bonus@foreverliving.se so that we can pay you your Bonus. Click here to print form

Ordering as an Internationally Sponsored FBO
To order products for an end customer or yourself, you must email a signed order form to (scandinavia@foreverliving.se). Unfortunately, internationally sponsored FBOs are not able to order products online at the moment. Please note that end customers cannot order directly in the Scandinavian ordering system, so orders must be placed by you as an FBO.

Local product and business presentations
As a Forever Business Owner (FBO), it is your responsibility to follow the rules and regulations that are applicable in the countries where Forever is present. Below you will find information on what you need to keep in mind when presenting the products and business opportunity.
Product claims
In Scandinavia, the applicable laws regarding product claims are EU law and local regulations. Forever’s products are classified as food, dietary supplements and cosmetics and are not allowed to be marketed with medical claims or unapproved nutritional or health claims. This applies in all situations where the purpose is to market the products and/or the business opportunity, such as one-to-one meetings, business opportunity meetings and other presentations in public or closed groups. This includes any digital or printed material that is used for this purpose, produced by both a Forever office or by the FBO, including all verbal information.
Medical claims
Medical claims stating that the products can be used to treat, prevent or cure diseases and other medical conditions, or have any kind of medical effect, are strictly forbidden whether they relate to humans or animals. Quotes from customers or references to public articles that contain medical claims must not be associated with the products or with Forever as a company. The FBO should recommend customers who are under medical care, pregnant, breastfeeding or who have any other special needs, to consult a healthcare professional before using the products or modifying their diet. This also applies if the product is considered for use on children.
Nutritional and health claims are focused around the beneficial nutritional properties or health benefits that the products can induce. Only nutritional and health claims that have been approved and registered in the EU can be made on the Scandinavian market. Examples in English of claims that can be used in conjunction with each product are available on foreverliving.nu in the “Products” menu.
Only products that are approved and labelled for the Scandinavian markets can be marketed and sold in Scandinavia. Any other Forever products that are imported into Scandinavia by the FBO are for personal use only.
Income claims
The company and the individual FBO are not allowed to give exaggerated expectations about the actual or potential income and earnings that can be generated from the Forever business. All statements regarding income and earnings must be based on documented facts. Furthermore, the stated examples must not be based on exceptional, particularly successful cases, but should reflect an average outcome during a sufficiently long period of time to be considered realistic.
Any public display of chairman’s bonus cheques should be accompanied by the following disclaimer: The results of this FBO were accomplished through the unbridled efforts and labor of these people and their team. Revenue is not guaranteed and is entirely dependent on personal commitment, perseverance, developed skills and level of activity.
